Established in 1999, GaraMark Property Management Inc. has clients located in most major cities in Canada (Vancouver, Victoria, Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal) as well as other countries such as the United States, India, Indonesia and Argentina. Our rental portfolio consists of single, multifamily and apartment dwellings in all areas of Winnipeg. We currently manage a diverse range of properties - from duplexes in the North End, to single family homes in St. Vital, Charleswood and River Heights, to luxury condominiums in River Park South and Waterfront Drive.
